Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to Intimately You's Bridal Giveaway promotion (the "promotion").

The Promotion is eligible to be entered by those over the age of 18 years old and reside in Australia. The person who is entering must be the person who is being photographed. We are located in Brookvale (Sydney), NSW. If you are chosen as the winner, we will not cover any associated travel costs.

To enter the Promotion, you will need to fill in the form in full and add your contact information, which will subscribe you to our marketing and promotional content. You can unsubscribe at anytime, however, if you do so before the giveaway is drawn then you will not receive all communications as a direct result. You can contact us to change this, if needed.

Each Monday, the chosen winners will be drawn and notified via email and SMS that they are a winner with directions on the next steps.

If you are a winner, you will be required to pay a $99 booking fee (the "Booking Fee") to confirm your win which you will need to pay within 72hrs, or another winner will be selected.

After paying the Booking Fee, you will be directed to book in a phone consultation to select the best date for your session and to walk through everything in detail and answer any of your questions.

This $99 Booking Fee is usually $690. It is required to reserve your photoshoot date and time, and secure your win of the Promotion.

You have a 3-day cooling-off period for the Deposit after your phone consultation with us. Meaning that if you decide to cancel your photoshoot or not book your photoshoot after your phone consultation, you have 3 days to let us know and receive a full refund of the $99 Booking Fee.

As a winner, you are receiving:

+ Your booking session fee for $99 (valued at $690)
+ 2 bonus images applied to any Collection selected (valued at $480)
+ Luxury Leather Album Cover Upgrade for albums that are included within a Collection (valued at $300)
+ $100 credit applied to your account to be used on any chosen Collection or ala carte items

+ A full day experience in our studio with our all-female team
+ Hair and makeup done by our professional artist
+ Same day ordering appointment

The value is a total of $1,471 for each winner.

Images (including digital files) are purchased separately. Typically most of our clients spend between $3,000 - $6,000 on the day depending on what Collection and items they select. Some spend more, some spend less. Your $100 credit applies to any ala carte items or Collections, and will be deducted from your final purchase.

We have options to pay-in-full or create a payment plan using Payright or Afterpay.

You're not eligible to use this Promotion towards a session you already have already had, that you currently have booked in through a different Promotion (and thereby combining the two promotions), or to a payment plan that you are currently paying off with us.

The Promotion cannot be used for our Mini Boudoir Sessions.

Photoshoots must be booked within 18 months of the deposit being paid. Once your session date is booked, if you choose to reschedule your session date you will need to pay the booking fee in full of $690. There are no complimentary reschedules for this offer.

The Promotion and these terms and conditions are subject to change by Intimately You at any time and without notice. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be updated on this page.
